We are allowed to be dorks every once in a while

Becca and i went to the midnight showing of New Moon. We walked in and saw this effin ridiculous line and were like "WTF?" but we already had bought tickets on Monday online. The guy keeping order yelled what to do and then went "if you haven't bought tickets yet then you are screwed." once and later replaced screwed with fucked. It made us laugh.

The line moved fast and we got really good, aisle seats in the theater, though we waited for 45 minutes for the previews to start. We were seated within 20 minutes of getting there, and when we walked in they hadn't let people in yet.

Overall, New Moon was def better than Twilight. The special effects and acting was better too, though KStew's nightmares were bad acting imo. Ashley was great as well as Taylor.

Becca and I left the the mall talking about our favorite parts and how much better this one was. We also learned that when it said run time 2 hours 1 minute, that one minute was important. Damn cliff hanger, grrr.

I do recommend New Moon though.

Now off to bed, it is only 3:30am, ha

Derek and Blaine won it

By one stroke

They are heading to the state golf tourney next week at NorthStar!!!

The day had it's goods and it's bads, it was fun but nerve racking too

But all in all, t was pretty damn exciting in the end.

Uh, wow, and not a good wow

One of my brother's friends had a stroke Saturday night and is still in the hospital.

Derek said that last he knew, TC (the kid who had the stroke) wasn't able to communicate yet. Going off his sister's facebook, I think he was still in ICU because she said "T is not allowed visitors yet. Will let everyone know when"

It's scary, an 18 year old having a stroke. and I just saw him Thursday at The Country Club too and he was fine

EDIT: Arn just filled me in a little more, TC apparently has a tumor on the right portion of his heart, and he's having difficulty moving and talking, but he is getting better slowly

I am dreading Saturday and Sunday. I have to be at work at 7:30am both mornings, and they are going to be long days. Big tourney.

I just want to go home, but I don't think that is ever going to happen again.

I want Simba, my bed, my room, my outside kitties, I want my old life back.

I keep hoping that I will wake up and the past 12 months was just a bad dream.

Right now I am at my aunts, I have to go back to the house tomorrow to get Simba, and then board her at the vet for a week.

I feel so sick right now too

Never would have thought...

That I would meet this large of variety of people working golf tournaments

I met former pro tennis player Ann Grossman

I met 1996 US Olympic swimmer Eric Wunderlich who apparently was mentioned as inspiration to Michael Phelps

I also met 3 big name basketball players from Ohio State

Of course, every one of them I have been informed about being big athletes or I would have never know, but it is still cool.

Now going shopping at the outlet mall with my mom the looking at houses tonight

Question

I need to get a photo editing program and something I can use for work too.

I use to have photoshop elements, it was ok. I think my dad threw it away though and I never got to put it on my laptop.

I was looking at Photoshop CS4 Student, but I don't know.

Anyone have suggestions? ideas? comments? downloads? They would all be appreciated.

I can't wait!!!

I am excited for this summer.

Heather is finally back in Ohio. Last summer with her in Philly, I missed her a lot. Tomorrow night we have registration at Cooks and most likely will have dinner after.

We both are excited for summer, we both didn't have as much fun without each other. Though we actually saved money. In 07, we had a little bit of a shopping problem, heh.
